This is a wonderful place. It feels like home. Lots of amenities and attention to details. You can find almost anything you need in this apartment but it’s still well organized and doesn’t feel busy at all. Enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Our stay was wonderful! House is super spacious and beautiful, comfortable that makes you feel like home. We went for my Son’s wedding so this place was perfect. Joy was very attentive in everything we needed. She would answer within minutes. Everything was great since we got there till we checked out! We stayed 4 days! Loved it❤️

We really enjoyed staying in this charming house in The Colony, which is about 30 minutes from Dallas. - The hosts are super communicative and responsive to requests - Everything was clean, well stocked (with a few oversights the hosts quickly corrected), and had more amenities than most (robes were a nice touch) - The pool and hot tub were well maintained and awesome to have - I usually balk at street parking at Airbnb's, but not an issue here at all. - The only concern we had was the wi-fi quality, we struggled to stream Netflix without it buffering/dropping several times. Note: we didn't contact the hosts and that very well could've been resolved by them with just a modem/router reset

Beautiful house and a wonderful stay with our 9-month-old baby. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed, including baby essentials. The sunset view was stunning and made our stay even more memorable.

My girlfriend and I had such a blast at Joy’s home. It was probably one of the best well stocked Airbnb‘s that I’ve ever stayed at, which made our stay extremely comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. In fact, I’m writing this review at a different Airbnb, and I’m missing Joy’s Airbnb. The location was great, and we loved being able to walk out to watch the waves. We ate all of our meals on the lanai because it was beautiful out! Joy was also such a great host because she was extremely responsive and even gave a ton of suggestions for things to do in places to eat at.

A lovely, well-appointed tiny home close to the lakes! The design was so efficient that it felt quite spacious, and we especially appreciated the additional loft area. The yard area is lovely, and the fire pit was a joy. Joy was super responsive which was a big help!

We loved this place!! Great location! We loved watching the sunset from the lanai, and enjoyed walking down to the nearby tide pools during low tide. The unit was spotless and Joy provided us everything that we needed during our stay including beach chairs, towels, and coffee. Definitely want to stay here next time we’re on the Big Island.

This home is awesome! Immaculately clean. Lots of fun games. Excellent places to sit and hang out. Excellent places to have family game night. Open kitchen to cook and socialize simultaneously. The bathrooms were cozy and luxurious. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Incredible location with incredible value.

Great spot to visit the Manzanita Lake side of Lassen. Very quiet, great location, and comfortable house. The kids loved the hot tub, the fire pit, and the play room. The view from the backyard is amazing, and the sunsets are beautiful!

Joy's place was delightful! I needed a space to get away for a few days and this was perfect. There was everything I needed and Joy was quick to respond and very helpful.
