Thank you Joy for sharing your wonderful condo, everything was as described and more. Beautiful ocean view with perfect evening sunsets. Very quiet and clean, everything you need for a beach vacation, We found the kitchen well supplied and bed was quit comfortable. Hope to come back again!

Equipped like you would want your own home to be. Privacy excellent, great little outdoor space. You can’t actually see anybody else’s outdoor space, no one is overlooking you. Well designed in that regard. Happy to just sit outside and watch the ocean even on a rainy day. Short distance from town, maybe 10 minute drive but that was good for us. The ocean is technically accessible from here, but I didn’t see anyone do it. Not a big deal for us. Small beaches within walkable distance. Overall the area is great. 10 minutes to grocery stores. We’re very grateful for the care put into the space. Would happily recommend or book again.

Allan was a wonderful host who always communicates efficiently and effectively. The house is great with zero complaints and includes a pool and a hot tub. I would most definitely book this property or any other property that Allan owns.

"A home away from home," is the closet thing I could possibly say. However, our host Joy presented something to me even greater. Our host was absolutely splendid kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. She provided the essence of Aloha. The space itself mirrored the calmness and natural beauty of the Big Island, making it the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Everything felt peaceful, intentional, and well cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would gladly return.

This was clearly the best place I have stayed at with Airbnb. The condo was beautiful with a great location. Also, very well organized with labels on each drawer and cabinet which saved a lots of time. The view from the patio was amazing. Also, the sound of the ocean at night was very soothing - put us right to sleep. The host provided many details on local restaurants and activities. Highly recommend.

The tiny home was incredible! The inside doesn’t feel tiny at all! It’s a really cool place to be at. There are other RV’s and tiny homes in the area but it’s very private and quiet. Our favorite part was being able to see the stars very clear at night near the lake! 5/5 and would recommend for a romantic getaway!

An absolute gem of a place! Secluded location situated just outside of town with a great pool! Wonderful community of neighbors who gather nightly to watch the sunset together. Joy was probably the best host that we have ever stayed with. The condo had absolutely everything you could ask for (fully stocked kitchen, beach supplies, towels, snorkeling gear), not to mention beautifully decorated and spotless. Watched whales from the lanai every single day. One of the best parts of our stay was falling asleep to the sound of the waves.

Joy was extremely kind and helpful. Joy provided us with local recommendations. The stay was phenomenal, I had access to everything I would ever need. Joy's home was very clean and organized. The views of the ocean are priceless!!! This was by far one of my favorite stays.
